Dreadful experience

From the very start of the experience things were poor and just got worse
When I tried to call my local office, the phone message you receive and have to laboriously go through is ridiculously long and totally un-customer friendly
Having finally got through (virtually losing the will to live at one point) I made my request of a medium size van to collect from 3pm the same day. 'No problem' I was told - all booked & sorted I was assured
A few hours later I received a call telling me the vehicle I had requested was not available and a substitute would be made, and the van would be ready from 4pm?!
I had been assured at 9.10am that the vehicle was available and had been booked - suddenly 2 hours later it was not available.........
I called back ( and had to go through the awful options message yet again) with a request that the local branch call to let me know the earliest I would be able to collect the van as 4pm would be a real struggle and give me problems
At 3.40pm I had a call to say the van was ready. I live 20 mins away so didn't really achieve anything! Why didn't they call sooner, they must have had an indication it would be ready earlier.....?
I arrived to collect the vehicle and this was again tedious due to issues with the mobile tablet the guy was using to process the transaction. Then there was an issue with the van not being in the right location on the system ( apparently it was showing as still being in London) and there was no way I could take the van until the correct location was showing - more delay while this was sorted
I was given no instructions on the workings of the vehicle and even had to go back into the office and ask how to start it ( due to the 'stop start' method of ignition)
At this point, I was not running very late and felt I had received pretty poor service right the way through, so I asked for a senior manager to call me. This was Tuesday afternoon, it is now Friday afternoon and guess what..............?
There are so many car rental companies out there - please do not put yourself through this pain - use someone else. I most certainly will.

Poor decisions

We collected our hire car from Adelaide and were served by a very helpful trainee. We expected a Skoda as you advertised and I ordered, at the service counter another customer was collecting his car which he expected a Mazda. He complained that he did not want an MG that your customer service guy advised was replacing the Mazda he ordered, then your customer service guy offered him a Skoda to resolve which he accepted. What has extremely annoyed me is that the Skoda was given to the complaining customer and we got lumbered with the MG. I advised at the time I did not want the MG but advised we had no option. I specifically selected the Skoda for the 3 large suitcase capacity which the MG did not have, secondly I could have ordered an MG at a lower price.
Contacting customer service and advising them of this they simply responded they have the right to supply a similar vehicle if the one I ordered was not available. I responded to this to advise they did not address the issue correctly but no reply.

Des voleurs

Des voleurs ! À fuir !

Véhicule loué pour un aller simple du 3 septembre 2024-18h, au 4 septembre 2024-18h, payé en avance par CB.

Opération demandée le 29 août 2024 et débiter le 31 août 2024.

Re-débiter sans mon accord, et sans aucun avertissement préalable, le 3 août 2024 (jour de la location).. pour motif (véhicule rendu en retard)

Comment savoir que je vais rendre le véhicule en retard 24h avant de devoir le rendre ?

Aujourd'hui nous sommes début avril 2025 et je me bats toujours pour récupérer mes 130 €, dépôt de plainte pour escroquerie sera fait dans les prochains jours.

Fuyez cette agence, les avis de particulier sont quasiment tous négatifs, évidemment il ne s'attaque pas ou peu aux assurances ou location professionnelle 🤷

Tricky and bad experience at STT

Enterprise/national/alamo at STT (USVI) airport did not treat us fairly. Their in-person price is 40 dollars higher than online reservation price. So we asked if we can book online. The manager said yes. Then in the middle of my booking, the manager suddenly said "Have you completed? If you book online, I cannot give you a same-day car guarantee", trying to force and threaten us to book with them in-person and pay extra fees. It is tricky so be aware and book in advance.

Comprehensive and inclusive service

Enterprise Rent-A-Car Sydenham SE23
I received a very comprehensive, courteous and professional service. From the point of collection; to matching the car to my physical and mobility needs and then the final point of return.
Staff worked alongside the AA, to ensure that at a difficult time, their service was on point and respectfully inclusive.

Customer service is disgraceful

Customer service is disgraceful
Quick enough to take your money but the length of time to refund is unacceptable
Be VERY careful when using this firm as lots of rules and regulations in the small print that is NOT clear
I would use another company and never again will I use this firm

I rented a car for the 7th time from Enterprise Madrid Airport Terminal 4, SPAIN. I was very well received by Laura, a very friendly, humorous and bright person with an incredible smile. I was able to get a magnificent Premium car. I recommend this company, and if you are lucky, you will be treated to Laura's legendary smile. Thank you again. See you soon

Enterprise Damage Recovery Unit Refund Delays

Still waiting over a month for a refund of my excess after an accident that that was not my fault.

We have found the whole process and customer service of the Enterprise Damage Recovery Unit to be well below an acceptable standard. All our friends and colleagues cannot believe the delays we have experienced.

After many years of being a loyal customer we will never rent a car from Enterprise again

Agence d'Angers attention à l'arnaque !

Arnaque bien connue
Réservation d'un véhicule 7 places la veille de la prise en charge. Arrivée sur place, on me dit que le véhicule n'est pas disponible et on me remet un minibus (soit... pas vraiment le confort attendu)
Celui-ci m'a été remis SALE : pare-brise et carrosserie sale mais surtout SANS PRODUIT LAVE-GLACE ! inadmissible sachant que l'on ne s'en aperçoit pas surplace !
J'ai restitué le véhicule à l'agence Lyon Est à Vénissieux le lendemain matin. La restitution du véhicule s'est bien passée. 0 incidents et réservoir plein. Etats des lieux signés.
Or en milieu d'après-midi j'ai un appel de l'agence de Vénissieux pour un impact sur le pare-brise après lavage du véhicule. Je me rends le soir même à cette agence pour vérification... bien sûr le minibus n'avait pas été lavé.
Je n'ai pas reçu d'impact et tous étaient au courant qu'il y en avait un avant la prise en charge.

Bonjour aujourd hui très déçu

Bonjour aujourd hui très déçu. C est la première fois. Voiture en panne donc j ai voiture avec mon assurance.
D habitude tout ce passe bien.
Mais ce jour je rend véhicule et avec le temps je l ai lavé hier. Et avec le temps qu il faisait je n ai pas pensé à le relaver aujourd hui.
Le mr qui a réceptionné véhicule fais remarques pas très sympathiques.
Certe je reconnais suis en tort.
Le gasoil aussi il manqué 4 litres donc facturés. Pas de soucis.
Ensuite on reviens à l accueil et il dit aux clients présents que j ai rendu voiture dégelasse.
La ça ne m à pas plus du tout.
Cela ne regarde pas les clients.
Les autres fois ou g du avoir voiture de remplacement rien à dire.
Personnel très sympathique c est vraiment la première fois que je suis traité comme ça.
Même si je suis en tort il y a un minimum.

I rented a car at the Edimburgh…

I rented a car at the Edimburgh airport, returned it in the same conditions i pick it up, have videos to proove it but they charged £ 2.000.- in my credit card. The telephone number provided in the email they sent is not working and they take time to reply to emails and requested more information from my side. They are scammers.

Cuidado con Enterprise: cobran de más y ocultan información

Alquilé un coche de sustitución pagado por mi concesionario, pero Enterprise nunca me informó de que el servicio no incluía asistencia en carretera. Cuando tuve un problema y necesité ayuda, me cobraron 221 euros, un precio exageradamente alto. Es inaceptable que oculten esta información y luego cobren tarifas abusivas. No recomiendo esta empresa, ya que juegan con la falta de transparencia para sacar más dinero a los clientes.

Hiring a car from Enterprise Rent -A-Car, Aqueduct Street, Preston was an absolute pleasure. A time was arranged and I was collected from my home by Naeem. Naeem was professional and friendly and the treatment I received was exceptional. Naeem answered all of my questions and discussed all aspects of the rental with me before I drove off. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ for Naeem. I will definitely recommend Naeem and Enterprise Preston. Exceptional service and excellent team.

A FUIR-INNACEPTABLE

Pas pu mettre ZERO, j'ai mis 1. J'ai eu un accident avec une voiture de location entreprise. Je suis frontalière et passe tous les jours la douane. On est d'ailleurs venus récupérer à Meyrin Genève.
Mon assurance Pacifica m'a dit qu'une voiture du même genre m'attend à l'aéroport Côté français. Je n'ai pas choisi la voiture, le monsieur m'a fait signer sur une tablette un contrat en anglais évidemment que je n'ai pas pris le temps de le lire ne parlant pas l'anglais. 3 h j'étais au bureau à Genève quand j'ai reçu le contrat par email, toujours en anglais.
Le refus de cette société de prendre en charge plus que ma caution de 1700 euros est que j'ai passé le territoire suisse. Évidemment que par Ferney Voltaire tout le monde passe par la Suisse. Jamais au grand jamais on m'a expliqué ça au guichet sinon il évident que j'aurais paié une assurance le permettant! Comment peut-on invoquer, connaissant le territoire du Bassin Genevois une interdicion de sortir de l'aéroport côté français pour aller en Suisse??????
Je n'ai donc reçu aucun conseil de cet entreprise, ni de mon assurance voiture. Ni d'Europe assistance ni de pacifica assurance conclue dans les bureaux du crédit agricole. Comme d'habitude toutes ces entreprises sont là pour nous prendre de l'argent, mais jamais pour nous aider. Car outre la franchise en me demande 15'000 euros. Je suis dégoûtée du manque d'écoute, du manque de compréhension, du manque de compassion de ces grosses compagnies. Un geste de leur part n'aurait pas changer leurs vies mais la mienne OUi. Je ne peux pas tout expliquer car il y a eu des échanges. Innombrable d'e-mail et de téléphone.
Pour faire signer des assurances des contrats tout le monde est là mais pour expliquer il n'y a plus personne.
En outre le véhicule abimé a été. Emmener dans le département zéro six pour être réparer. Comment fais-je pour vérifier l'énormité de leur facture?
Tout le monde à sa part de responsabilité dans cette affaire. Mais il n'y en a qu'une qui se retrouve en détresse financière et morale, par ses absurdiés et arnaques. MM. Les directeurs dormez bien, moi j'en ai perdu le sommeil. A FUIR !!!!!!!!!! AEROPORT DE GENEVE COTE FRANCAIS FERNEY VOLTAIRE

Steer clear! Avoid! Run to other Rental companies.

I am disgusted with the service from the Newbury location from start to finish, a van was given to me in shocking condition, firstly the van was soaking wet on the inside and the outside where it had been hosed down, my trousers were wet for four days, there was not a panel on the van that didn’t have scratches or marks on it. Half the wing mirror was missing on the passenger side. I had to take the van to the garage after collection to put air in the front tyres due to the van pulling to the near side kerb constantly! The clutch was so high on the van that if you touched the clutch half an inch the clutch was engaged! When going up hills with bathroom furniture in the clutch was spinning. On returning the van to the rental location the girl cam straight out and bent down to the front tyre (nowhere else) and said that had damaged it and it required a new tyre! This was completely false, the tyre is below the damaged wing mirror that was obviously marked when somebody had previously hit it, and I would hazard a guess that that was the reason I had to put air in the tyres an hour after leaving Enterprise- on assuring the girl that I had not damaged anything on the van she told me her manager would speak to me, unfortunately the manager was busy and I was told she would call me, that was four days ago, in the mean time I have not received my deposit back of £200 and I have not had anything back from the rental location. I have videos of all the damage on the vehicle, I have photos of the soaking wet seats, I have photographs of me topping up the tyres an hour after renting the van on my video cam that was installed on the dashboard! I will give your company a few more days to get back in touch with me prior to contacting my local Solicitors office to take action against you and before bombarding your websites and groups with my photographs of my experience.

Compagnie médiocre

Compagnie médiocre. Tout les employés se contredisent et les méthodes de suivis ne font aucun sens.
Presque impossible de parler à un employé et encore moins à un employé qui parle un français décent.
Jamais plus je ne vais faire affaire avec eux.
