Location d'un petit utilitaire à Enterprise Marseille 3 jours
- impossible de lire ce que l'on me fait signer, la signature se fait sur un écran sans le texte à approuver. Apparemment les personnes dans l'agence sont formées à faire signer le client dans ces conditions, car très "persuasifs".
- Il m'a fallu réclamer le contrat le lendemain par téléphone pour qu'on me l'envoie par mail
- le prix de la location est très alléchant, mais il faut payer 40€ de plus par jour pour être assuré en responsabilité civile. Ce que je n'ai pas pris. Caution de 500 € retirée d'office en cas de problème même minime, franchise de 2500 €.
Cette société ne fait donc pas son profit sur la location mais sur les dommages.
Je suis revenue avec un léger dommage de 15 cm sur le bas de caisse, et une erraflure à peine visible sur le côté, pas de mon fait selon moi, mais j'ai eu le tort de ne pas filmer le véhicule au départ.
Ce qui m'a valu : 500 € de retrait immédiat de caution + 800 € de réparations (réparations qui ne sont jamais faites au regard des véhicules dans l'agence). Soit : 1333€.
- lorsque j'ai écrit pour contester le montant, je n'ai jamais su à qui je m'adressais, si c'était Paris, Marseille ou autre. Les réponses ne sont pas signées.
Dommage que ce site ne permette pas de publier des photos (celles que j'ai prises du dommage au retour du vehicule) pour montrer le caractère délirant de la somme qui m'a été prélevée.
Conclusion : ces pratiques sont plus que limites, en tout cas utilisent toutes les ficelles de la déréglementation.
Mieux vaut passer par un loueur classique, même s'il est plus cher.
Il y a certainement un recours collectif à initier, comme le suggérait l'une des personnes dans le site.

Bonjour, il y a quelques jours j'ai déposé ici un avis défavorable à la société de location Entreprise rent a car Marseille et Blois pour faux en écriture, retrait bancaire frauduleux. En effet un retrait de 303 euros 85 pour des dommages non commis de ma part sur le véhicule utilisé. Cette société est coutumière du fait un autre client à vu un retrait de 2500 euros pour les mêmes raisons, j'ai déposé plainte ce jour sur le site PERCEVAL. Obligé de faire opposition à ma carte bancaire et tous les désagréments que l'ont connais. Une société à FUIR EN URGENCE.

Misleading company. Waste of time.

Allowed me to book a rental car that was not available to rent. They have no rental cars available so not sure why they allow you to book.

Then only told me this information when I had already driven 20 miles to collect the car.

I went to pick up the van after a missed call from the company, I paid £15 for a taxi .
Got there to be told by ( sales assistant???) He had rang my phone and apparently I told him over the phone GO AWAY YOU C**T . I Have no idea what he was talking about, after staff change i was told the telephone number they rang ( number nothing to with me ) and proved it in the office infront of everyone it WAS NOT MY NUMBER!! Still came away with no van, £15 down,still unable to empty my house so also another month's rent of £550....
Promised a call back from head office ( didn't come) To say I'm annoyed would be an understatement!!!!

Alquilé un golf, y me dan un kia niro con un buen golpe lateral, al entregar el coche se visualiza como la luna tiene una marca de piedra en la luna y me quieren cobrar toda la fianza. El seguro contratado mediante distribuidora me dice que ellos se hacen cargo pero yo tengo que adelantar el dinero de la fianza.

Les he enviado dos email al correo DRU indicado sin respuesta. Ahora les he bloqueado la tarjeta. A ver por donde salen.

I booked a van , 6 weeks in advance to collect at Hexham, Northumberland.
It was confirmed two days prior. The morning i needed a van , I got a Voicemail to say my van was unavailable but could have a much larger van or a car.
I tried for over an hr to call back and kept getting a recorded message saying the branch was closed. Yet staff had rung me
When I did speak with staff I was told there were no more medium vans, yet they were still showing as available on their website.
Apparently its a glitch and head office know about it.
Also, looking at reviews I can see enterprise regularly do this, I was stranded with 20 odd boxes to get down the country.
Seems enterprise are claiming to have a service but can't deliver on it.
Thankfully Arnold Clark in Carlisle came to my rescue

i booked a van from the runcorn branch in the uk. i received a confirmation email from them, only to be told the night before i was supposed to pick the van up that the van i ordered was no longer available. they offered me a smaller van that was too small to carry a motorcycle. left with no time to make other arrangements i had to cancel the collection. thanks for nothing enterprise!! i will never use your company again and will advise others to steer clear.

We hired a car in the UK for 20 days. Once in the car, we noticed that one of the rear seat belts was faulty, but this was ok because we had a baby seat, and the front passenger seat did not move properly. There is no way these would be noticed on the initial inspection when picking it up.

On return, my partner pointed this out to them, in an attempt to be helpful.

So what did they do? They changed him for damage for these faults. Multiple emails had no impact. Use this company with extreme caution.

very bad experience, they are scammers, they steal money, they seem nice and helpful but they are not at all, if you happen to use this company take a photo of every little detail of the car, don't trust them!!

I originally spoke to Emily and then Toby at the Milton Keynes branch in the UK.Olga from Bletchley was also involved. All three of these people delivered wonderful customer service. Hired a van that had a warning triangle on the dash and left indicators didn’t work. Then tried to charge me £2000 for damage. They reduced this to £250 but I raised a dispute with the company and they fobbed me off. Will never use them again.

Recently visited Perth and collect a vehicle from Enterprise, great service by the staff, explained all the paperwork and cost clearly to me, and pointed out how to drop the vehicle off on return. They did the same for the people picking up a vehicle who were in front of me. I will return and do further business. Our car was in great condition with under 10000 klms.

The cars seem to be really a lot older these days.. On the website they offer certain cars or ‘similar’.. but it was shock that for the prices they want.. for the class of car I booked, I was offered a 2022 SEAT.. Having looked around the inside of the car I was REALLY disappointed it was dirty and scuffed! I’ve hired cars on and off for 9 years from Enterprise and this is why just recently I’ve moved to other hire firms. To be honest I wouldn’t have hired today if this hadn’t been a last minute thing and my preferred company had a car available.
I’ll admit that the lady that served me was eventually quite pleasant and agreed to upgrade me 2 classes for the price of a 1 class upgrade… BUT had the car I had originally ordered been ‘clean’ I wouldn’t have had to upgrade in the first place… and having said that, the car that has been offered as a replacement hasn’t even been returned yet.

J'ai déjà loué chez Enterprise Canada sans problèmes: j'ai donc reloué un véhicule utilitaire à la succursale de Lyon St Exupéry le 25 avril, rendu le 26 avril (24h).
L'employé nous a fait signer sur une tablette la prise en charge du véhicule sans nous faire faire de vérification conjointe de ce véhicule.(Faute professionnelle)
Après le départ nous avons constaté que ce véhicule neuf (16.235kms) avait 2 impacts sur le compteur électrique.
Quand nous avons rendu le véhicule ils nous ont gardé la caution de 500€ car ont dit que nous étions responsables des dommages déjà existants : ce sont des voleurs, entreprise à fuir, surtout la succursale de Lyon St Exupéry !

Nous sommes tombés en panne à 10km de l'agence de location. 32 téléphones et 5h d'attente au bord de la route avant un dépannage facturé par la suite 2250€.
Il faisant 2 degrés, j'étais avec ma fille enceinte.
Une folie pure, à fuir comme la peste.
Il a fallu une menace d'avocat pour que l'entreprise renonce à me facturer le dépannage, sans aucune excuses de leurs parts.

Rented a van off of enterprise in Epsom, was dealt with a young Lady called karry, she was excellent at her job , was easy start to finish, van was excellent to drive and brilliant on fuel , would definitely recommend these people to anyone, many thanks again Epsom branch

Would not recommend these crooks in a heartbeat! Pay the hire fees, pay the tolls, get sent an invoice for an already paid toll, will charge you the tolls and citation and forget your exist when queried. Multiple emails sent for clarification and resolution, no response. They just take you for a ride as you’re international and they bank on you not coming after them. Absolutely an unlawful and dishonest enterprise. Enterprize Crew you might want to check emails delivered 03/02/25 with validations and evidence of tolls paid and get back to me. Dishonest, dishonest dishonest.

Steer clear and go to hertz, save yourselves the agony!
