Completely dishonest. Insurance funded courtesy car. Promised a 7 seater, delivered a 5 seater promised to swap it next day. wouldnt answer phone. Kingsbury branch. eventually got through told again no 7 seater available. friend rang and asked for 7 seater was told to come in by 1 as have available

Booked the car months before needing it and paid in full only to be told 2 days before I was due to pick it up, they requires another£500 on a credit card!! Already paid nearly £800! Told it was in the fine print! £500 should be at the top of the print since o dont have a credit card! That's our Christmas holiday now ruined as have no car to use to get to where we were booked in.
Terrible customer service, wouldn't use them steering clear!

Forget if you want a refund. Been waiting over a MONTH!! Confirmed a full refund via phone but no cancellation emails sent to confirm and now no one answers the phone or emails. Customer service is shocking. I'm avoiding this company from now on, having to raise a dispute with my bank. So so poor for a huge corporation

A éviter absolument : arnaque à touristes. A l'arrivée, on vous demande une carte de crédit au nom du conducteur. Nous avions une carte de débit au nom du conducteur. J'ai demandé à ajouter un conducteur car le deuxième conducteur avait une carte de crédit. Impossible d'ajouter un nom soi disant. La seule solution proposée : PAYER PAYER PAYER (ajouter une assurance pour 217 euros soit 160% du montant de la location). Un vrai délire ! Je ne comprends pas que ce genre d'arnaque existe encore aujourd'hui. L'agence Enterprise de l'aéroport de Dubrovnik est associé avec National et ALAMO, c'est le même gérant donc à éviter également.

E Enterprise in Guildford and Accrington is hands down the most dishonest, money-grabbing, disgraceful company I’ve ever dealt with.

They tried every trick in the book to take extra money from me — charging for an extra day I DIDN’T use, even though I clearly paid for 24 hours. Then comes the fuel scam: I paid upfront for a full tank based on THEIR promise I’d get the unused amount back. After endless chasing, empty promises, and blatant lies, they still refused to refund a single penny.

A month later, when I finally went to the branch in person, they didn’t apologise — they didn’t even pretend to care. They just coldly told me I would NOT be getting my money back, as if scamming customers is their normal business practice.

This company has zero integrity, zero professionalism, and absolutely zero respect for customers. Their behaviour is deceitful, their communication is manipulative, and the entire experience feels like a setup designed to squeeze every last pound out of you.

I have never experienced a company so shamelessly committed to ripping customers off.
If you value your money, sanity, or basic human decency — stay far, FAR away from E Enterprise in Guildford or Accrington.

Avoid this place like a plague.

Absolutely terrible. These guys steal your deposit/money. Promised refund for a rental that the branch screwed up. No refund. Two weeks later went in and they said it had been approved by them ‘shrug of shoulders’. Called customer service…’lots of apologies, you’ll get it in 7-10 days’. No refund…. Emailed enterprise with booking ref….no reply. Called again today, 5 weeks after booking….apparently a ‘glitch’ may have caused it, escalated to ‘2nd level’ for investigation. No guarantee of any resolution. Do NOT reply on here saying you’re sorry this happened and to get in touch with customer service….because I’ve done that 3 times already. Use Europcar instead. MUCH easier to deal with, a branch that doesn’t say ‘we can’t do anything’. Unfortunately centralised systems seems to mean that branch staff are no more than window dressing with the power to do absolutely nothing to sort any issues

FUYEZ ! AGENCE DE SARAN/FLEURY LES AUBRAIS (LOIRET-45) Même envoyez par l’assurance, changez d’agence ! L’assurance a réservé une gamme que je n’ai pas eu, contrat sans visuel effectué le parking, options délibérément annoncées comme préférables même si l’on relève que l’on en a pas besoin, facturation sur empreinte bancaire, agence injoignable et une équipe de « copain » enfin surtout de beaux rigolos ! Franchement lisez les avis Google, équipe aux méthodes abusives et frauduleuses, autant au niveau des clients que de l’assurance. J’ai saisie la DGCCRF.

Mon expérience avec l’agence Enterprise Rouen (13 Av Bernard Bicheray, 76000, Rouen) a été cataclysmique, pittoyable, affligeante, abyssale, consternante..

Après avoir été invité par l’agence à faire réparer un impact sur le pare-brise, j’ai suivi leurs instructions et me suis rendu chez un garage spécialisé.
Lors de la restitution du véhicule, j’ai même mis en relation l’agence et le garage expert afin qu’ils puissent échanger directement sur la réparation effectuée. Le technicien du garage a d’ailleurs rappelé une réalité simple : « la vie, c’est pas les pubs Carglass, l’impact ne disparaît jamais vraiment, on est dans la vraie vie Monsieur » ce qui illustre bien que la réparation était conforme et réaliste ^^'

Malgré tout cela, l’agence a procédé à un prélèvement unilatéral de 135 € (franchise), sans justification cohérente, ignorant complètement les démarches que j’avais réalisées à leur demande, et malgré la facture envoyée ce même jour. Cette attitude est profondément non professionnelle, irrespectueuse, déplacée et relevant d'une grande incompétence.

Heureusement, le contraste avec le siège Enterprise est saisissant. Après avoir ouvert un dossier, le service client a été rapide, efficace et très professionnel. Ils ont reconnu que le comportement de l’agence était inacceptable, m’ont remboursé intégralement, présenté leurs excuses, et m’ont assuré que l’affaire serait transmise au directeur régional.

Comme il s’agissait d’un véhicule de remplacement FIAT fourni par l'assistance FIAT, un dossier est également ouvert pour que plus aucun client FIAT dont le véhicule est en réparation ne soit dirigé vers cette agence, afin d'éviter à d’autres la même mauvaise expérience.

Et pour être clair : pomper l’argent de citoyens qui travaillent, paient leurs impôts et respectent les règles, c’est tout simplement inadmissible. À la lumière de mon expérience, je comprends beaucoup mieux les avis Google laissés par d’autres clients.

I encountered significant issues with Enterprise in Bracknell during my recent rental experience. I was made to wait an hour for my car, and when it was finally provided, I received a smaller, unclean van instead of the vehicle I had booked. Additionally, I was supposed to receive a £39 adjustment for the price difference, but after a month and several follow-up calls, I have yet to receive this refund. I found the staff to be unhelpful and unprofessional throughout the process, and the overall atmosphere of the location felt dozzy.

I recently rented from this terrible company. I picked up the car at Cardiff Airport and dropped it off at Heathrow. After returning home, I received an invoice for £288 for minor damage to the wheel hub (not the alloy wheel). I had already pointed out that damage when I collected the car in Cardiff. The staff member, who seemed rushed and distracted, told me not to worry and said she had noted it down.

Because of their poor communication, I was still charged the full amount, even though I had purchased insurance with Enterprise. The whole experience was frustrating and disappointing. I’ll never rent from this company again. It’s worth paying a bit more to go with one of the larger, more reliable rental companies.

Je n’ai qu’un mot à dire ! Des voleurs et des escocs ! Pour 2 péages en flux libre avec mon badge télé péage non décelé lors de mon passage ils m’ont facturé 2 fois 24.99€ de frais administratifs. Le prix du passage au péage étant de 1.50€ ! Ils ne m’ont à aucun moment prévenu et informe de quoi il s’agissait ! Ils m’ont prélevés une 3 e fois 24.99€ sans que je sache de quoi il s’agisse. Ils prélèvent sur les cartes sans notifier ! De réels escrocs ! Et vous pouvez vous égosier en agence ou par téléphone personne n’a d’information. Une machine à escoquerie bien huilée ! Une plainte sera déposée !

Attention à la réservation d'utilitaires à Lyon Part-Dieu : les véhicules sont à prendre au 7ème étage d'un parking avec une descente en spirale étroite. Inutile de préciser que l'entreprise de location mise gros sur les rayures auxquelles la descente vous expose et vous délestera ainsi (sans le sourire) de plusieurs centaines d'Euros.

The Bolingbrook IL location is staffed with jerks and thieves. Most car insurance will cover your rental, but they say nasty things, oh youll have problems, to buy their scam. A car was returned with money left inside, after drop off the manager was called right away, they had already stolen the money.

Declined to hire the car even though booking had been confirmed online citing a CREDIT CARD was required for the vehicle leaving a family including an 8 year old child stuck hundreds of miles from home even the company had been used by myself on numerous occassions previously without the need for a credit card.
Shambolic and absolute no consideration to circumstances. No compassion with no way of complaining just felt fobbed off with staff behind the counter finding it all a big joke.

Location d'une voiture, avec le 3/4 d'un plein, du 30/06 au 01/07/2025.
Je rends le véhicule avec le 3/4 de plein comme prévu et le 30/07 on me débite 49,04€ de frais d'essence ??
Et depuis plusieurs relances au service client qui n'arrive pas à avoir de retour de l'agence, c'est à moi d'appeler l'agence !!!
Bien évidement sa responsable n'est jamais disponible. Et aujourd'hui le 18/09 soit 1,5 mois toujours rien ... Et leur service client m'annonce que le remboursement normalement devrait être fait à l'agence !!! Il se foutent du monde A FUIR
