I don't know where to start on my terrible experience with Easy Bathrooms, so I will number them:-
1. Took 4 month's to complete the bathroom, not 2 weeks as promised;
2. Leak from bath through bathroom floor led to collapsed living room ceiling;
3. Wrong floor tiles sent so had to re-order;
4. Wall tiles did not match the border colour sent 3 times so had to use a wooden border!!
5. Work started in October 25 still waiting for work to be finished - my living room ceiling which was repaired looks awful, bathroom door does not lock, shoddy finishing - not my dream bathroom at all.
6. Tried on numerous occasions to resolve but they ignore my calls and fob me off.

Please do not use this Company unless you want a nervous breakdown!

Extremely easy and responsive

The staff were exceptionally helpful in the Dereham, Norfolk branch.

I hadn't wanted to leave a negative review, but after more than seven months of chasing an issue that was reported within the warranty period, with little progress or communication, I feel compelled to share my experience.
We had a bathroom installed in 2025, and I cannot speak highly enough of the installation team. They were professional, courteous, and did an outstanding job. During the installation, I was unexpectedly admitted to hospital, and they handled everything seamlessly, allowing the project to continue without adding to an already stressful situation. The finished bathroom looks beautiful, and the quality of their workmanship is excellent.
Unfortunately, shortly after the installation, I noticed that one of the toilet fixing points wasn't secured to anything. Although the issue appears minor cosmetically, the fixing screw doesn't feel as though there is anything for it to anchor into. This has led me to believe there may be a defect or damage within the porcelain itself, rather than it simply being a loose fitting.
With a newborn baby and a lot happening at the time, I didn't report the issue immediately. I fully acknowledge that I could have raised it sooner, but it was still reported well within the warranty period.
When I first contacted the company, I was assured the issue would be resolved within a few weeks. More than seven months later, despite regular follow-ups, nothing has happened. Every time I chase the matter, I'm told that the installation team will be out to assess it "as soon as possible," but no appointment ever materialises.
I appreciate that delays can happen, and if someone had simply come to inspect the issue and explain the situation, I would have been far more understanding. Instead, the repeated promises without any action have been extremely disappointing. It has also left me questioning whether the issue may be more significant than initially suggested, although I sincerely hope that isn't the case.
Having paid just under £10,000 in installation costs alone, I expected the level of aftercare that was promised. The sales process, installation, and product knowledge were all excellent, and the company promoted a "white glove service," reassuring me that any issues would be dealt with promptly. Unfortunately, that has not been my experience.
Would I recommend Easy Bathrooms? For their products, knowledgeable showroom staff, and installation team, absolutely. They were excellent. However, based on my experience, their aftercare and warranty support have fallen well below the standard that was promised and one would reasonably expect at this price point.

Selected the bathroom we wanted that was fine but at least 50% of the items were damaged went into the branch Gloucester only to be told nothing they could do as the process had to be followed no contact for 3 days. In the end my wife called head office who eventually refunded the order. Found another local supplier who sorted everything out who were able to supply and fit in a month.

Once again Easy bathrooms didnt disappoint.
Fast service and good communication with excellent customer service from Warren in Exeter.
Would highly recommend.
