We have used Easy Bathrooms in Hayes a couple of times previously. The manager and staff are excellent and recognised us when we recently visited. They have always been very knowledgeable and the service very courteous. Ordering and delivery is fast, efficient and flexible, what's not to like.

Michelle was again very helpful & knowledgeable. Needed a mirror to complete our new shower room. It was ordered on a Monday & ready to collect on Wednesday.
Looks lovely.

Being charged £30 to return a pack of tiles to the store is a joke

I purchased tiles for a bathroom on the 26th May 2026 and the showroom and sales staff were lovely.

As is often the case with building works, the items are not used immediately and we opened the packaged tiles in early August 2026 to find several batches are scratched right out of the box, particularly those tiles in a batch with over a dozen straps machine wrapped around it.

On contact, Easy Bathrooms asked me to send photos and videos, which I did and requested replacements so I can finish the bathroom works.

Easy Bathrooms responded explaining "We are unable to arrange free-of-charge replacements. Due to the length of time between delivery and the damage being reported, we cannot establish that the damage occurred while the tiles were in our care."

I subsequently chose to provide Easy Bathrooms with 72 hours to come to a mutually agreeable position and despite several emails in that timeframe, Easy Bathrooms chose not to move on their original position, at which point I discontinued any further communication.

I will provide a further update after following UK Consumer Law to provide a final outcome.

I'm sharing this experience to allow you to make your own informed decisions. For me personally, I don't like paying full price for brand new items, only to discover them damaged right out of the box and then to be told "I will have to pay for replacements".

The irony is, I'm building a HMO and still have seven more bathrooms to complete.

BRUSHED BRONZE that it leaks but not all the time so when the plumber installed it he did not realize that. I just moved in the house. I leave house at 8 in the morning and come back at 10 or 11 at night and 2 o’clock or 3 and 4 o’clock I hear the shower running. It is so stressful not being able to sleep because of the shower after working 16 hours. I made a video and I send it to easy bathrooms and they send me a BYRON / FALCO - PUSH BUTTON CARTRIDGE. Yesterday I booked 3 plumbers that none of them takes wanted to replace it. I don’t really know what to do.

Promised refund hasn't arrived. No response from Customer Services. I will never buy from Easy Bathrooms again.

I've already written one review and they still haven't responded to my complaint of over a month ago.

They also offered me a refund and have yet to actually send it to me.

A store manager also accused me of lying in an email.

Not impressed.

Initially they dropped off the completely incorrect delivery and then came back to collect their items and gave some of my items, When I received my items , all but the bath legs were damaged / missing when I returned the panels the 2 days later they for some reason and then the same damaged panel with a bit of tape on the broken part of it and for some reason the front panel didn't even get replaced but they took it from me? When I call they tell me to email when I email I get one response per day , The bath that came has clear damage , They keep avoiding the main questions I have on email and they are being very unprofessional , Making me wait for deliveries that come back with broken items they say the bath packaging being heavily ripped and all the labels on all items I received were wrong with the bath having the wrong name on it , They just keep dropping off damaged items at my house. Avoid them if your on a strict timeline

Stay away please. They only want your money. Had a very bad experience with this company. Wish I never saw their shop and read the reviews before purchasing.

Attempted to view your showroom at 16:15 hrs today, only to find all the doors locked and nobody home. Signs say that you’re open until 17:30. Will try elsewhere.

Overall a good company to deal with and the staff are very efficient and helpful.The actual quality of the product is excellent and they are my go to company for bathroom fittings.

Great service

Sales is relaxed, allowing you to browse the products at your own time without any pressure. Ben, in the Barnsley store, was patient and knowledgeable and guided us through the process of choosing the right design, allowing us to chop and change as ideas came to light. The finished en suite bathroom looks great.

The panels we bought are really nice and great quality. The Sales Manager recommended some Fudge coloured sealant. When we installed the panels and sealed the shower we realised this colour did not match. We tried to return the unopened tubes but were told we couldn't by the same Sales Manager who recommended the colour in the first place. He didn't even care or take any responsibility! When you put your trust in the professional who serves you and they don't accept any blame or show any empathy - and are only interested in company policy (manager discretion was non existent), it is difficult to give a higher rating. Very disappointed. We have had to buy a grey sealant which blends beautifully.

Customer went in and picked the tiles. Wrong tiles were sent and fitted. Customer came home to wrong tiles. They said they will only replace the tiles and no cost towards having to remove and re-tile. Don’t go near them.

Easy Bathrooms make what is a complicated and daunting job ‘Easy’ with the help and support of Charlotte’s knowledge, perseverance and going the extra mile to source a non standard product that was needed to complete our bathroom design. Also a mention to other staff in the Derby site also very supportive and Gary the Manager, thanks again, really appreciated all your help

Warranty service

We made contact on the team 30th of April 2026 as we believe there had been fault and/or damaged on the shower door and etc. - it had been acknowledged then that it will be covered by warranty.

After several months of communication, easy bathrooms scheduled 18 August 2026 between 14-15pm for them to complete the work. I took an unpaid leave(despite working in as short staffed-environment due to 6week term time) just to accommodate the availability of the fitter, but guess what? I received a phone call like 15:30 that they are unable to make it on that day.

Very unprofessional! Imagine waiting for months and missing the scheduled appointment without communication despite me taking unpaid leave. Some companies, even just with a slight delay, do gestures of good-will but what we got were just apologies.

If you had our experience, do you think we would recommend this to others? definitely NO
