I ordered my coffee "extra hot" & the girl taking my order repeated my order. When I received my coffee, the girl carried it to my car. It did not have a sleeve & I was able to drink it immediately. It was not extra hot as ordered. I gave a $1.00 tip due to my request. I would like my $1.00 returned! I had to microwave my coffee when I returned home. Thank you... Update- when I had my wife try the coffee when she removed the lid, I noticed it was double cupped so that took the place of the sleeve.

I visit Dutch bros every other day today on my visit @ 10991 northwest Frwy. I mention to David that they were running really slow wasn't their normal. His response was there's another coffee shop down the street.

The Dutch bros on market the girl taking order out side We went there around 11:30 and the girl taking orders was really rude we went to get in line and she said that the black car in the parking spot was there first so we backed up and try to tell her to pull up so we could be in line and then while we were waiting another white car pulled up and park in a parking spot on the other side of them and then some people walked up and got behind the car and then she takes the black cars order and then goes to the white car and we tried to tell her hey we were here before that car and she changed it from saying your behind the back car to were last super rude and we saw who was parked there
And we were just trying to get my daughter her birthday drink and we had a 20 dollar bill for a tip because we know it’s different doing a kids birthday and they just have to trust us so we wanted to show we were grateful for making her birthday special but we left and went to completely different coffee shop and gave them the $20 tip because they had a real line not saying oh the car that’s parked is the line and now we gonna do these other people that are in parking spots clearly after us. If we were supposed to park in a parking spot then we would’ve if she told us but we never knew that that was how the line worked. Worst experience. You guys just keep changing stuff and we’re sick of it. I know a lot of people think the same thing! Bentleys coffee is where it’s at regular line and super kind like how Dutch used to be.

I order from the new location on Gibson recently and regularly for my entire staff. Tonight, I had a 13-drink order that was placed online for pickup. I didn't mind the line I had to wait in, or the price I paid with tip. The customer service, however, was sub-par. My $85 dollar order was not to the standard of expectation and when I expressed my concern it was met with sacrarium and that was not appreciated. Upon return to by business it was determined that after all that a drink was missing from the order, so a return trip was made. When the drink was made and given to me the manager on duty not only responded in a rude fashion, but also had the audacity to respond with a question "you own a business around here don't you? Which one is it?" In an assumed attempt to retaliate in a negative manner. This is again, unacceptable in any compacity when offering customer service. This will absolutely be the last time we order from your establishment and will deal with your competitor down the street. I hope this can serve as a coaching moment on how to be better in the future.

I am so sick of this store getting my order wrong when you input it in your little computer and get it wrong when I get to the window and then give ME attitude like I did it. Specifically the store on Broadway/mlk. Your 'baristas'are over rated and rude especially at the rate you charge for drinks. Do better

I was so excited to get a shake after getting my wisdom teeth out. I got the birthday cake shake and it was bland, she didn’t even put whip cream on it and on the website it was so colorful and pretty. Normally I have nothing but wonderful experiences but the lady that served us wasnt very nice. Do not recommend that matcha either, it takes like grass.

We ordered a perfect picture and a sugar free carmalizer they gave us 2 perfect picture my sister took back to the window and told them this isn't a carmalizer and they told her yes it was so then I had to get out and take it back up there and they were pissed because they had to remake what I wanted and the girls are very rude and that is the first time my sister had ever been to this Dutch Bros on Lacey Blvd in Hanford ca and she said they are rude. So I advise these girls need a lesson on customer service. And I go there everyday and that place is getting worse with attitude.

Kiaya is the best cashier ever
Kiaya was the NICEST cashier EVER she saved us from going home with no drink useing her own money, she split into two cups for me and my friend so we didn't have to share germs again she was SOOO nice. She definitely needs a raise.

We love Dutch Bros
Dutch Bros. at 13792 Colorado Blvd. Thornton, CO 80602 are always on top of things! They are fast, efficient and are always so kind! We purposely go out of our way to this specific one because we have never had a problem with them and we have a store that’s much closer. The employees always seem to be in a good mood!

I would give Dutch Bros 000 stars.. But....... I Ordered an Americano with extra shot... Nothing was right.. Coffee tasted old and weak... As I sipped I noticed foreign substances floating in the cup.. So nasty... Worst coffee and experience ever... Will never buy again!!!!

I have gotten (and enjoyed) the Americano, both iced, and hot, with their sugar-free chocolate. I messaged corporate, to get some nutrition info, namely carbs and sugar, and was told that information wasn't available. They serve a product with no clue what's in it? Hard to believe. They told me to check out their other online nutritional links, but why, the info isn't there? Really disappointed (and underwhelmed) by this shortcoming.

Usually friendly and my drinks are usually good from both gallatin tn locations although
there's been times I haven't been happy with the taste of my coffee, too much coffee grounds in it, and I'd ask for light ice but there's still too much ice.
Also don't like they charge the same price for a 16 oz hot coffee, as a 24 oz iced. Makes no sense should be cheaper being a smaller cup.
Just one of the bad locations
So we just left DB. We ordered elevtric berry sodas. They have always been blue. When we got them they were green! I asked if they changed the color and she ignored me. Said to have a nice day so i figured the color was just changed. They ended up putting in way too much lime! We went back and they changed them out but the entire cup was just ice!!! Way to be professional DB!👎 NEVER going to Chinden location in Garden city AGAIN!!
