I needed a hinge screw for my front door, I could not find one anywhere, but when I contacted this company they went above and beyond and found me the screw and sent it out to me free of charge.
In this day and age you normally do not get anything for free.

I sent an email regarding replacement door seals on Saturday 16th Dec and Eve replied Monday morning with all the answers i needed. i replied to increase the order and about 10 minutes later t was all sorted.

Its nice to use a company and get great service as its hard to find these days and i would like to thank Eve for all her help.

I work for building firm in west Sussex and we order many doors and parts from doorstop and have done for many years, we find the service made all that easier with the help of Eve Stokes who works for you, she is patient and does her best to help us with any issues and i would honestly be lost without her help since i joined this company, unfortunately we live in an age where people are quick to complain so i just wanted to pass on my thanks to how lucky you are to have Eve at the helm.

Bought 2 Doorstop composite doors from a retailer 5 years and 2 months ago. After 5 years and a month the outer skin on one door (full sun) started to blister and peel. the second door (partial sun) also has evidence of minor peeling at this stage. The doors are "woodgrain" finish.
We contacted the retailer who in turn contacted Doorstop, their reply stated the door was outside warranty and therefore no further remedial action will be taken. I contacted Doorstop directly who said they would help but only through the reseller due to "data protection" . The end result is they would still do nothing about it.
We were under the impression these doors had a 10 year warranty but the small print says woodgrain is only guaranteed for 5 years ..... therefore not 5 years and 1 month as in our case!
From this it seems the life expectancy of these doors is not a "lifetime" but 5 years and 1 month
To say we are disappointed in this product is an understatement. Be very wary when buying from them, look elsewhere would be my recommendation.
PLEASE NOTE that many resellers / retailers supply this brand of door, please check before purchase!

I emailed the company on Wednesday with photos of a rubber door seal that I needed to replace and had an email back on the same day confirming they could supply it. I ordered it on Thursday and it arrived the following day. Fantastic service.

As an installer we deal with many different composite door companies and the aftercare offer by door stop is one of the best out there.

Brilliant service. I emailed these guys as they supply Yale doors (which we have) and we needed a new rubber seal for the bottom track of the door. Not only do they have the seal but they are sending it to us free of charge to arrive this week. Amazing service, polite and professional - a rare thing these days. Would highly recommend :)

Have had my composite door for over 15 yrs now ,
which has been great. The only issue i've recently had was the rubber seals underneath the door. I spent ages looking on-Line , but couldn't find the seals the same.
Because the door was out of warranty .I contacted doorstop who was so helpful . who sent the seals promptly , Thanks once again. Alan Downham

Avoid at all costs. I have fitted plenty of their doors and the multitude of problems include frames out of square, slabs too big for the frame, hinges too weak for the weight of the slab and the compression set too tight in the factory. There are probably more but you get the gist. All you get from the technical department is that the door is within tolerance. Buy from somewhere else, anywhere else!

Door-Stop helped with a technical query promptly on a 8 year old door and sent a new seal by return post.

Just had a new door fitted made by these. Frame coming apart from door on edge. Looking mechanism fitted in wrong place so door couldn't lock. My fitter has had to move the metal plate to get the door to lock. I didn't realise when we chose the door what appalling reviews this company has. I have worked for a few double glazing companies and know quality. My fault for not checking their reviews. AVOID at all costs.

I bought a DoorStop front door through a reseller 10 years ago, I contacted Door Stop last week about some of the seals breaking up and asked if they could supply them to me. They immediately sent me replacement seals FOC.
Great customer service.
