Very helpful and put my mind at rest

I have been a customer of Credit Fix for 5 years and I am coming to the end of my journey with them I have just spoken with Nidhi on the phone about my situation and I was so happy with how she responded to my questions and how polite and understanding she was I would love to praise Nidhi for her patience with me and I will continue to say that it also goes to the whole Credit Fix team that have handled my case in a professional and understanding manner through the whole 5years I have been in there care
Because they do care .

"Ruth Sefali was amazing! She guided me through my IVA with such care and professionalism. Every question I had was answered straight away, she kept me updated at every step, and made the whole process so much less stressful. If you’re looking for someone you can trust, speak to Ruth—she’s fantastic and I’m so grateful for her help.

Terrible communcation and constant calls dropping. Creditors meeting arranged after the company failed to act on multiple responses. They only care about getting the inital iva set up then dont care about anything else. You would think a company dealing with peoples finances would understand the stress this can cause but im yet to see it. Would not recommend using creditfix to anyone

Well they aren’t. As a result you’ve taken money from me, knowing I can’t afford it and am on a payment break, and if it’s not back in my account I won’t be able to pay my rent tomorrow. Thanks for the additional stress.

I’ve just sat on the phone for 20 mins to have someone disconnect the call once I explained the issue. Currently on hold again. Someone just give me my payment back this is LITERALLY stressing me out more than necessary.

I have received an outclass service from Lavish Raghu, one of their advisers.
He was very much considerate and supporting throughout the process and I am very much hopeful to get all sorted positively.

The process was so easy and I felt supported throughout. The closure was done really quickly by Azmeena from the Closures Department so I can look forward to a debt-free future.

I spoke to Pravesh today who was very friendly and polite,and was able to help me and explain everything I needed to know.

Durgesh got back to me promptly regarding a query I had about my IVA and took the time to deal with the matter for me. He contacted Select Partnership directly and came back to confirm that it had been sorted out.
I really appreciated his help, communication and quick response. Thank you, Durgesh.

Very helpful and when talking on the phone very friendly if i got into debt again I would use them again I would recommend them to people who are in debt

Honestly, going into this I expected the worst. I thought it was going to be another company who cared about nothing but the money. However my whole time on an IVA was made easy and today I made my final call with Ishitah Jeebun who was lovely, made everything easy to understand and took the final steps towards closing my IVA quickly and efficiently. Extremely grateful.

URTIKA Worked on my closure case and had it completed within two months which should’ve took six months. I’m very grateful for the fast process on my closure of my IVA and would recommend credit fix all day long if you’re in a bit of financial trouble.

Just received my final closure report which was escalated by URTIKA. She was very understanding of my circumstances and managed to process the certificate quickly so creditors were informed. Great service by her.
