Been trying to contact these for over 3 weeks. Their phone number is for sales only. Their email address is a contact form, then ticket system so no way of speaking to anyone. Spent alot if money here to now not get any contact.

I am trying to contact you but the phone number rings out. I have a waterproof mattress for my disabled son and its not waterproof. Can you contact me please.

The bed is excellent. The pricing was competitive. Delivery was slightly delayed due to a problem at the couriers end but communication was effective. Overall very good.

No help if you have an issue ,I have been trying to contact Contract Divan Beds to exercise the warranty on 3 mattresses I purchased from them . I have called them several times only to be told that all customer service queries are done online and that I needed to fill a form in to inform them of my issue .Despite following this request several times and receiving automated replies acknowledging receipt of my completed forms over the last 3 months I still have not been contacted to discuss my issues . Do not use if you want a guarantee

Fast delivery and a quality bed. Would recommend as my boy is on the large size and the bed is strong and robust.

Great customer service- very personal. I booked it to go to my home address rather than rental and they changed it no problem. Driver very helpful in collecting keys & delivering it to 5th floor ( in lift) and taking all rubbish away. Mattress good quality and happy with purchase.

When I ordered from Contract Divan beds their website was plastered with ‘free delivery’. It was free delivery still after putting in my postcode and placing the order. However, I was then sent notice of a surcharge added after the fact for £20 delivery. I disputed this and they removed it, but it felt underhanded, especially as in their actual terms and conditions my postcode was under the free delivery list. They should consider changing their website to add any surcharges at the time of inputting the postcode.

Following this, when I went to put my bed together, I realised it had the wrong legs. I contacted the company via email but didn’t hear back for a week so called their customer service, who instead of assisting me, told me to send another email. I eventually got a response and had some back and forth with a couple of different advisors, was told I had been sent the wrong bed and to fill in a form for exchange. I did this but still had some emails with them and they confirmed the bed base itself was wrong not just the legs, sent me a link to another form which I filled in. I’m yet to hear anything back about the exchange to the correct bed and it’s been 3 weeks since I raised the issue. I’m having guests to stay this weekend and they’ll have to sleep on a mattress on the floor unless this bed gets sorted in the next few days.

Nice plush bed and headboard, clean and soft, wwll packed. I chose very light cream, spot on matching to cream carpets.

Delivery was on time and the delivery men were helpful, pleasant and courteous. The bed itself is solid. I love the strong base to the ottoman, it makes storage easy and takes a volume of bedding. Thank you, so pleased.
