I bought a reasonably priced RW wig. It was just as expected though the colour, Shaded Biscuit, was darker than the sample but I’m ok with that. I’ve bought & returned another wig and return went smoothly as I was careful to not disturb the zigzag part and repack EXACTLY as it was when received. I’m expecting another wig by Estetica bc they are said to fit a bit bigger than RW which is a little tight on me. I’m a 22” circumference.

The quality of Raquel Welch toppers has really gone down. I ordered this in Shaded Biscuit (as I always do) and it had way too much brown streaks in it. The worse thing about it is that it has a huge bald spot where the part is and it's a centre part, so there's no way to hide it. I was going to keep it despite the bad brown streaks so I cut the tag off and then, when I put it on to style it, I realized it had the faulty part, so now I can't return it. What a HUGE waste of money. I'm so disappointed with RW and Chiquel. Chiquel always say it takes them a long time to process orders because they check the quality of each piece, but obviously, they don't!

Be very careful ordering. Check, double check then triple check the return policy and then get it in writing before you order. Their return policies are highly deceptive. The item I ordered was on "sale" but it did not say anywhere that it was a final sale. As a first-time wig buyer and new to this I never ever would have knowingly purchased a wig I could not return. Once they told me their position, I accepted it and said I wouldn't argue the point but did tell them that their policy was deceptive. The order was also missing an item. After being asked twice they reluctantly agreed to refund me for the missing item (all $17 of it). They never apologized for the oversight, essentially accused me of making it up and kept trying to argue with me about their return policy. The emails went from "we are here to help" and full of smile emojis to bordering on snark. So, that's $400 I'll never get back and a less than pleasant customer service experience but at least I can warn others.

Chiquel Canada has the best customer service of any online shopping company I have ever dealt with. They go out of their way and way beyond expectations to help with any issues that come up. Their products are of very high quality and their pricing is reasonable, especially when you compare their prices with those of other online wig sellers in Canada.

They change their terms & policies after the product purchase. The customer service is wierd, and the orders often arrive in bad shape with lot of delay. Their wigs are made in China and are of substandard quality. Different from description.

They alter the details and policies after the product is purchased, which is frustrating. Their customer service is unhelpful, and they send incomplete orders with delayed shipping. The wigs are made in China, but they falsely claim them to be of superior quality, which they are not. The wigs are of poor quality.

Chiquel has 6/5 stars with me!

I bought 3 wigs from Amazon before i foumd Chiquel. Each of those 3 were double the price of the last. I was learning the cost of the quality.

I watched several wig reviewers prior to Chiquel broadcasting their own utube reviews and ads.

I have been a loyal customer for over 2 years! Their customer service is polite, empathetic helpful and fast! They make me feel like my business is the most important! That is rare these days!

I have purchsed 30 wigs from them and returned maybe 4 due to colour not being what i wanted ( manufactiurers are notorious for inaccurate colour details ).

Chiquel accepts them if you have not altered the wig according to the instructions.

EVERY time i was more than satisfied with my refund compensation and immediacy of my request!

I love love love this company!! They keep me coming back for more!
If i go ANYWHERE else i have to pay exchange on the CA dollar/customs/ excise/shipping which completely eats up ANY sale of an item!

Chiquel looks after all that FOR me!

My average cost per wig (always on sale!) due to the type i buy sales and discounts is about $100 which is wonderful for synthetic basic cap wigs!!! If that wasn’t enough i ocassionally get them with NO shipping charge!

One last example: i needed a special wig to go on a dream trip to Las Vegas!! I mentioned that to the customer service rep and he got it to me in record time so i had it to go on my holiday!!!

YOU CANNOT LOSE WHEN YOU DEAL WITH CHIQUEL!!!
