I had emailed the company and LILY had replied with excellent advice which helped me a lot, the replies were very fast and that’s what is amazing!

Rebecca Montandon took my call. Rebecca was kind, patient and very helpful. Not only were all my queries resolved but she took the time to talk me through how to use the account step-by-step, sent me guidance videos for future use and advised I could reach out to her or the team for any further queries. Really felt she went above and beyond to help me :)
