Took the best part of a month for our of just some spa chemicals to arrive and NO COMMUNICATION about the delay even though they were showing as in stock. Poor ecommerce experience in a world when you can get your order within days from everyone else.

We're really sorry for letting you down on this order. After looking into it, one of our alkalinity booster products was changed over to a new SKU, and that held up a number of orders, including yours. That was our problem, not yours, and you shouldn't have been left waiting because of it.

Excellent Customer service, and good quality product.
Courier had a bit of an issue, Canadian Spa stepped in and arranged a fast re-delivery. The product is excellent, with a unique sloping profile so it doesn't trap rainwater. Also nearly £100 cheaper than the replacement lid offered by the hot tub manufacturer.

Unable to purchase a bundle which included steps and chemicals but happy with price and quality of the product . Easy to set up although struggling to get water right . However it has not stopped us and our grand kids enjoying time in it . I would recommend them

Sorry it hasn't met expectations. The thermal blanket is a bubble material by design — cut to your spa's exact water surface and laid bubble-side down under the main cover, it traps the steam and slows evaporation, which is where the heat goes between uses. It's there to help the heater hold temperature rather than raise it. If it isn't sitting flush or you'd like us to take a look, email us at service@canadianspacompany.com with your order number and we'll help.

Really pleased with our Canadian Spa Manitoba
Update: It heated up from 20 to 37 in about 6 hours. IT IS AMAZING. Absolutely perfect. So chuffed with it.
Bought the Manitoba earlier and it arrived today. Couldn't be happier so far. Build quality is excellent, and it's been a brilliant addition. The phone support has been fantastic too — spoke with two different Tonys on separate occasions, both knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely helpful with our questions. Delivery was smooth and the team (Craig and another nice chap) who dropped it off were brilliant. Absoultely recommend company and this tub so far. Thank you.

I have many auto immune diseases which…
I have many auto immune diseases which I why I chose to upgrade my hot tub to the grand rapids with the aromatherapy section to add on my healing. The first tub had troubles from the first day. Not filtering properly,i contacted the company and Paul was helpful i can't say different. He gave advise but still the tub continued to be at fault.
When I put the tub back up this year I faced the same issues, again Paul was very helpful and ordered me a new unit to my relief.
Unfortunately though ive faced the same issues with the new unit. I was using the correct filters sent along with the unit. I was told the this might be the issue, this 8s not the case. I was then advised the unit needs to meet the temptature to enable the filtering, this was also set to 37 degrees. The correct filtering setting. I also experienced the bubble buttons not functioning causing me to turn the unit off and turn back on. Unfortunately im not entitled to a refund at this point, which I understand. This review is against the product itself and not those who tried to help. I really wouldn't recommend this spa. Im now dismantling it and taking it to the tip and i will go back to buying lazyspa as I did before.

Thank you for taking the time to write this, and for being clear that your frustration was with the spa rather than with the people trying to help — that fairness doesn't go unnoticed.
We're sorry the Grand Rapids didn't give you what you were hoping for. Your spa was past its 12-month warranty when you came back to us, and we replaced the control unit free of charge because we wanted to get it right for you. That the second unit went the same way is disappointing, and not what we expect from this model. Refunds on a spa bought through a retailer do have to be handled by them, which we know wasn't the answer you were after.

Very happy! Great sauna and so going strong over a year later. Building it was pretty straightforward and delivery was on time. Only niggle is that the door seals are peeling but after contacting the Service team they sent me new ones for free straight away. Very happy indeed.
