The only reason that I'm giving them this two stars it's because at one time I thought they were one of the best business market research companies there was. I have been a member for over a year pulling out surveys for monetary incentives there is a $50 threshold that you must meet me before you can cash out well you have a question this year I have to find diligently to reset $50 threshold you know what. I have always honestly answered the surveys because I know how important it is you companies that need feedback and also to the reputation of BizBuzz. There have been occasions when I will reach out to them and ask them if they had anything as I really wanted to reach that special especially since I was at $40 and I need one or two small surveys to reach the target. Well about 2 months ago I received yesterday used for $10 exactly what I needed to make the $50 well I finished the survey and I was delighted for all of five seconds because the next thing it said to me was have reached our photos and this is after spending 15 to 20 mins completing the survey. My heart sank I took a screenshot of that page and I immediately sent it all to BizBuzz. Because I know they're a reputable company and I know they're going to do the right thing I know in my heart that as long as I have been struggling to get to this point and they know that they are going to credit my account at $10 and let your client know that you cannot let someone completely finish something and then say you reach your quota and they just don't get paid. Or at least expected them to eat the $10 and credit my account due to my loyalty and my faithfulness and the fact that I completed the survey well it's been two months and after I have sent them email after email letting them know that this has actually made me shed a tear because of the principal of the matter. they keep telling me cuz they are still investigating the matter and it has been escalated to a special team. Number one I don't believe that what kind of company you use that someone has been a member of your platform and it's always something the right way and you can't credit them that something that they honestly deserve and then we're true if you have a special team going to take some that long to investigate such a simple matter when I've given you proof but I have completed it then you should fire your special team.
