Precisely machined, just to the point. Works!

I have yet to receive the products ordered, but I must say that the sales process has been amazing. Hannah over at Benchdogs not only responded to my email inquiries, sometimes within a few hours, but was attentive to detail in preparing the order and working with shipping companies to arrange the best option for shipping the goods to me. I am really looking forward to enjoy using the exquisitely machined tools from Benchdogs.

I have several tools that I purchased from well-known companies that produce tools used in MFT or with track saws. Although some of those products are good, but to be honest and without flattery, Benchdogs products are second to none in many aspects: quality of manufacture, precision of products, ease of installation and operation even without the need for operating or installation manuals. Thank you for your consideration and attention to all these details, and I hope to always see new ideas that facilitate carpentry and woodworking and make it more enjoyable and precise.

We purchased three custom branded MFT black valchromat tables, two out riggers, fence, quad hinge system and some other precision tools. The quality of engineering, finish and general design of everything we purchased is simply outstanding. Our only comment is the tables whilst substantial, are on the heavy side 30+kg. This makes portability a challenge. Receiving our delivery was not without problems. We will highlight this was no fault of Benchdog Tools, but a mix up by the pallet company who delivered the incorrect pallet to us. We made Benchdog Tools aware of this and also that I had received someone else's delivery of Benchdog equipment. Ralph and Team were extremely apologetic about this mix up and took it upon himself to resolve it. Ralph then took it on himself to drive 2 1/2 to our premises to offer his apologies and rewrap the order for the customer. Ensuring that the order was complete and arrives as it should when redelivered. I found this level of service outstanding. My order was then delivered the following day with no further dramas. My experience in dealing with everyone at Benchdog Tools has been great.

As always, this product came perfect. I tested it against their triangle in every position and it’s absolutely dead square. Benchdogs are my favorite tool and MFT accessory company. Customer service is always great.

I have just purchased the quad hinge system for my MFT and, as always, I am beyond impressed with the quality and precision of Benchdogs products. It's worth mentioning that delivery times can be a bit longer than we’ve come to expect these days, but honestly, I think that’s more a reflection of just how popular and in-demand these products have become. The wait is a minor trade-off for tools that deliver such excellent performance and reliability.

Fantastic bench dogs at a great price. I am pairing these with the UJK dog clips for mobile use, Invaluable as a mobile carpenter - couldn't be happier.

Delivery was a little slow but this was documented on the Benchdogs co uk site due to having an influx of orders.

I have the carpenters square, T-square 600mm, SS Bevel square, Precision triangle and a number of dogs, the past purchase that prompted this review was the MK2 Parallel guide in a systainer. The reason I keep coming back is the quality of the tools, and the latest purchase is no different. I have the Festool parallel fense and guide but it's quite bulky and found doing thin cuts hard work. So far after a couple of days use the Benchdogs I am more than happy in use and again the quality of the components is great. Will be back for more.

I've made a couple of purchases from Benchdog Tools recently: a MFT top to fit onto a new workbench and then a Fence system with the quad dogs and some bench & rail dogs.
Changed my mind on the size of the MFT top a few days before I was due to collect - dealt with swiftly by Daisy, including managing a refund.
Managed to order the new quad bench dogs without the bases and only realised my mistake when I received delivery. Called through the next morning and spoke with Daisy and Olga, again the team dealt with my mistake swiftly and very fairly.
All the products are top quality, packaged well and dispatched quickly.
I will definitely be ordering more in the very near future!
