NE JAMAIS FAIRE AFFAIRE AVEC AUTOVIA / ECOVIA....JAMAIS!!!!

Nous avons loué la voiture à l'agence Ecovia de Naples du dimanche 14 septembre au jeudi 18 septembre.

Le matin du 17 septembre, nous avons tenté de démarrer la voiture, sans succès. La batterie fonctionnait, mais le démarreur semblait défaillant. Après plusieurs appels restés sans réponse, nous avons fini par obtenir une assistance routière. Nullement réparable, ils ont remorqué la voiture

Privés de voiture, notre journée sur la côte amalfitaine a été gâchée. Nous avions pourtant payé 90 euros la veille pour le ferry vers Capri prévu le matin même.

Faute de solution ou d'aide de la part d'Ecovia, nous avons dû prendre un transfert privé vers Naples le lendemain pour poursuivre notre voyage (Ecovia nous avait suggéré de prendre un taxi, ce qui était totalement absurde...). Cela nous a coûté 200Euros

De plus, Autovia nous avez facturé 16 euros le 19 septembre pour le plein de carburant ?!?! La voiture ayant été remorquée, comment pouviez-vous exiger que nous respections cette règle ?

Quelle compagnie minable et ridicule

Veicolo noleggiato (BYD che non conoscevo) ottimo. Pratiche per il noleggio abbastanza agevoli (unico problema è che bisogna pagare con carta fisica anzichè su supporto telefonico.

Ottimo staff gentilezza e sempre pronto il personale e di alto livello

Very disappointing experience with Autovia in Naples.

Our rental car was fully paid in advance for 5 days (€270 total). Due to a delay with our cruise ship, we arrived approximately 3 hours later than planned.

When we arrived at the counter, we were simply told that our car had been given away.
No phone call, no warning, no replacement vehicle, and no real effort to help us.

We were left stranded with luggage and no transportation after already paying in full.

What made the situation even worse was the compensation offered: only €48 refund on a €270 booking. This felt completely unreasonable considering the inconvenience and the fact that the reservation had already been paid for.
Even though the booking was made by my son, we were the actual customers traveling together and dealing with the situation at the counter.

Very poor customer service and extremely disappointing handling of a confirmed reservation. I would strongly recommend future travelers to be careful when booking with this company.

Very disappointing experience. Our cruise was delayed, so we arrived later than planned for our reservation. We understand that companies can have policies about late arrivals, but this was not clearly communicated in the emails or booking information we received.

When we arrived, the employee gave us a phone number and then walked away. We waited for more than 30 minutes and felt completely unsupported while trying to solve the issue. The interaction at the counter was very frustrating and did not feel helpful at all.

Throughout the process, they kept referring back to their terms of service, but from our perspective that did not solve the actual problem we were facing. We had already fully paid for the reservation and expected more assistance and communication instead of only being pointed back to policies.

We contacted Booking.com, but they were also unable to provide a proper solution. Eventually the only option offered was a partial refund for part of the booking, meaning we still lost money and did not receive a car at all.

On top of that, we lost our planned day in Pompeii and also lost our parking reservation because of the situation, which made the experience even more frustrating.

Very poor customer service and a very disappointing experience. Based on our experience, we would not book with this company again.

Una macchina in generale è una macchina! Quello che ha fatto la differenza è stata la cortesia, sempre è per ogni necessità degli operatori.

personale maleducato, incompetente, la prima volta mi ha fatto 2 ore di storie dicendo che la polizza zurich, fatta dal sito booking business, non serviva e fatto di tutto per vendermi sua polizza. altra volta, causa ritardo, dopo circa 1.10 non ha voluto darmi l auto che era cmq disponibile, ed ha cercato di fittarmi un suv. io avevo prenotato una panda

The ladies at the office were helpful. I didn't get the car I wanted since it wasn't available, which is usual in Italy, with renting car companies. But overall, it was a smooth experience.
