The Apeer composite door was ordered from from HHI Bangor. I am very satisfied with the style, quality, security and fitting of the door. The installer took time and care and made a first class job.

We have our 2nd Apeer door fitted in my inlaws house, the differnce in sound, draught & heat is remarkable.

Recently had a new composite front door fitted that was manufactured by this firm and it is amazing. Its so much better than our previous pvc door and definitely more secure. The choice of designs and colours are endless. I would recommend these doors to anyone who wants a door tailored to their tastes and not just the run of the mill pvc options

I had my Apeer Door fitted by a company from Loughborough who were fantastic they took the pain out making a difficult decision - 70 mm double rebated triple glazed - my neighbours are impressed on how it looks. A great experience I would recommend

Have a Silka door fitted to my home. It was fitted about eighteen months ago, and in that time not only has it been totally weatherproof and given us a feeling of absolute security, but you know you have chosen well, when even the postman says “like your door mate!”

We had a new composite door from Apeer installed end of June 2020 and in just over a year we have had no less than 5 replacement doors from Apeer for this door! Initial problems with 1st door included the letter box not being actually sealed which lead to flooding after a heavy downpour of rain ruining brand new curtains in the process, then we had the door bouncing back, after numerous calls and a few Apeer engineer visits, we where advised the door was bowed by 2.5mm however after many discussions and a visit by an Apeer rep it transpired the door was actually bowed by more than 6mm..now ensues the saga...multiple calls chasing this to be resolved, in short here are the issues:

Door 2: 3 fitters turn up to fit the door after waiting about circa 4 months, take door number 1 out, start to install door number 2 only to find out that the guys in the factory have made the door the wrong way around and placed the 4 windows on the opposite side to the original. The fitters very apologetic, John, Ali and Ricky are 3 gentlemen and brilliant at what they do, if they ever call to you they are great lads.

Door 3. After several weeks of delays our 3rd door arrives with a fitter called Kristoff, again another gentleman and good at what he does, unwraps door 3 infront of us only for us to notice that this door has big chips out of it on every corner, poorly finished on every side and not correctly sprayed, however the windows where now on the correct side, anyway door had to be sent back again apologies from Apeer and another door ordered.

Door 4. another few weeks and numerous phone calls chasing, Kristoff arrives with the door, unwrapped it before we allow it to be fitted, to our shock and horror it is actually door 3 that is just resprayed over, to the point the same chips where not even attempted to be fixed just resprayed over, and no attempt to smooth the poor finish. we where actually in disbelief, so that was sent back again more apologies from Apeer

Door number 5. Eventually arrived in Mid September 2021, after being allowed to carefully inspect the finished door, Kristoff again is the fitter and as i said previously an utter gentleman, door fitted expertly by him, and 2 months since the fitting we are hopeful there will be no more issues with this door.

On the balance this has been a highly frustrating time trying to get our initial imperfect below standard door issue resolved...would I recommend Apeer...from current dealings I would say NO and would strongly recommend that anyone that is getting an Apeer door to make sure they check it all over before this door is fitted but this has also been a disheartening task that we felt that we where the ones having to go back and forth chasing our door looking for information. when we asked for a gesture of good will, all they offered was an extra year on the warranty...a year we already wasted a year on trying to resolve so that was a bit poor.

When you decide on a new door and they are not cheap you don't expect to have to go through all these issues. would advise to do research on other issues before committing to buying Apeer.

I have had both my Apeer doors for a few years and i am as delighted with them now as the first day they were installed. Our house is definitely warmer and they have highly reduced noise from outside. I highly recommend Apeer for excellent quality and customer service.So impressed where my Dad and Brother they have both purchased from Apeer !

I ordered front and back doors from Apeer recently. I loved the fact that my door was completely bespoke, I was able to choose my own colour options, glass design and door furniture. The doors are very secure, energy efficient and low maintenance. Highly recommend them.

Great door from start to finish.right from colour /design great range of door furniture and even picking your own style of glass .really strong robust door and good sound proof and insulated to keep heat in .highly recommend

Apeer recommended using a local dealer and door fitter, Door Hub when reaching out to them.

This "dealer" was run by scammer called Amar Khan and I lost my deposit and a door was never delivered or fitted.

Apeer should be taking responsibility for recommending door fitters. They should be running due diligence on their partners, as a consequence I have lost a lot of money with no signs of recouping this.

So delighted with my brand new modo door.
So pleased I went with the anthracite grey on the outside, I love the colour especially on the glass.
The stainless steel furniture sets it all off.
Can’t wait to get my back door done.

Bought a uPVC door from this crowd and the quality is absolutely shocking, door was cracked after 3 years and colour has complete faded. Other uPVC doors in the estate still look new. Past 5 year guarantee so they will not do anything despite the fact the door was clearly substandard to begin with. Avoid at all costs, save yourself money and avoid this crowd.

Poorly manufactured door and turned up in the wrong style. Asked Apeer for help and they’re clearly not interested once payment has been taken. Ask for the door first and make payment upon receipt of the door. Otherwise shop elsewhere.

March 2020, 70mm front door and frame. Frame poorly manufactured and foil peeling. Took 5 months for the replacement with no contact from Apeer, new frame same as last, they did waste time having measurement taken for the hinges when the replacement frame finally arrived it was not pre-drilled for door hinges anyway. Still have had no communication or apology from Apeer and no sign of the second replacement frame. As yet I have paid no one and they still don't care, my big dread is what happens to customer care when they have got my money. I can only hope the warranty is worth the paper? Ye whatever.
