I have been a very pleased customer for several years. I use Allavsoft primarily to download a few playlists from Spotify. I rarely have had to contact them, but I have at least twice. The first was after a BSOD (blue screen of death) fatal system crash. They gave me what i needed to re-install. The other episode relates to Spotify changes, for which Allavsoft provided immediate help. Allavsoft staff are fast, professional and courteous. Their response each time was within two hours of my contacting support via e-mail. I highly recommend Allavsoft for your music converter needs.

I do presentations regularly and many times there is no WiFi or internet for the Youtube videos I play during my talk. And then if there is WiFi, many times the WiFi is too weak or the internet is too slow. The best solution is to download the videos. My goto video downloader is Allavsoft. It works very well and efficient since I can set up a queue of many videos I need. Not only can I download the videos, I can them automatically convert to MP3 audio when all I need is the audio.

Allavsoft has regular updates which keeps up to protocol changes on Youtube including many other video sites. In addition, if I have any issues or challenges, their support team is prompt & responsive.

I highly recommend this product and no other video downloader online or installed on a computer works as well!

It's a scam. Probable data logger.

I needed Spotify flac supported version like before so I emailed them after purchasing the product, then they replied I should try Qobuz (not supported in my country) or other products to download flac and also they stopped supported high quality audio anymore for Spotify, now limited to 128KBPS mp3 so I have really wasted my money after being denied for the refund as well on support. Purchase at your own risk only if it fulfill your needs on free version.

My overall experience with Allavsoft is amazing. I've been using it for a while now and it hasn't failed me. It has been extremely reliable and is super quick when converting multiple videos or songs. I also love that their support replies very quickly and are super helpful.
I recommend this program to anyone who is looking for a quick and easy software for downloading your music and videos.

Honestly i wish i had a lot of dollars to invest on Allavsoft. It has been so much useful to me (beucase i am constantly listenning to music). Sometimes i just want to download a whole youtube playlist and this software allows me to do the job with no more than five or six clicks. The interface is very friendly and i feel like anyone can download a song using the software, even a child who has the minimum contact with technology should understand how the software works just by looking at the interface, because it is well developed. I am very glad to the developers and the support are very fast with the emails. I had a little problem with my software and they helped me to solve the problem quicky. Download this software and be happy!

It's stopped working with Spotify. An email to their support and they will send you a new file that works, albeit Spotify can only be downloaded at 128K, hence 3*, at the moment so only partly useful.

I guess this is really a retraction of my Two Star of several days ago which was driven by a bad customer service experience. Since then I have been contacted by the "Dave" I referrred to who apologised profusely and has undertaken further training of whoever I dealt with, so I am happy to reinstate it to 4,
I did suggest to Dave that they might update their FAQ section more often which might have averted some of the problem. I'm still a happy user apart with Prime Video.

We use this software a long time. It's the only solution for we download our best tracks.

Never logged in at Tidal, asking again and again for login information. And it was the primary reason to buy.
