I heard about this product from a friend whose Doctor recommended it as being excellent for treating SAD. I’ve only used it a week but it looks promising! Very good service with ordering and it was delivered quickly.

I'm a psychiatrist, and had suggested light boxes for various patients over years. Yours was one of several brands I had recommended. However, this past fall, I myself had a significant recurrence of my chronic depression which had been stable for over 20 years on a stable medication regimen. My personal psychiatrist recommended I try light therapy. I have been absolutely amazed at my response. Your small mini, easily attaches to my head board at the right angle and distance, so I can use it as soon as I wake up. I have been very surprised at how helpful this has been, and have now recommended more strongly.

I love this compact light! And, it is bright. I’m using the lowest setting to start out as recommended. It remembers the last setting so I don’t have to adjust it each time. I’m using it every morning and not just on cloudy days. I feel energized by this light as I do my morning paperwork. I like that it will be easy to take with me when traveling.

When I purchased the light therapy box, I had issues with the payment processing. It eventually went through but I received a call from their customer billing the next day saying that the payment did not process. I was using an HSA card and they were unable to accept it. I was able to provide a different payment method and they promptly shipped the items.

The light therapy box has been working well. I've been using it every day and have had zero issues with it.

I received an email promoting a bonus product if you ordered and I just had! I contacted them and they gave me the bonus product, too! The Lights I bought went to Alaska for my Daughter's family-they won't open until Christmas, hope they like them!

This light (even the mini), is the brightest light on the market. I tried 2 other brands first, and there is no comparison. You get what you pay for. This light is fantastic!

It really lights up my Gym for a great Sunny work out! I had a similar LT Box when I lived in Ak years ago and loved it.

Excellent service and excellent product. We ordered two mini-lites and use them religiously, since we notice the effects of early darkness quite soon in the fall. (We are in Oregon, moving soon to Washington) . We both have seen an improvement in mood after only 7-10 days of light therapy. Thank you!

For years my therapist has recommended specifically a northern lights therapy light. There was an excellent promotion and I finally got one. Friends have commented I have more energy and seem brighter. It definitely helps.
