Don't understand negative reviews at Bearsden pharmacy. I have found staff and service excellent. Steph always so helpful if problem with any item. Meds are also delivered and guys are so friendly and helpful. I cannot fault staff and service and so easy to manage prescriptions on App. Automatically reorders repeat item. Don't listen to negative reviews. The Bearsden Pharmacy is brilliant.

Went to the pharmacy to get my cholesterol checked. Susan was extremely helpful and provided me with a clear explanation of my results. I would recommend that everyone gets their cholesterol checked on a regular basis.

MARCH 2025 - AVOID THE BEARSDEN BRANCH AT ALL COSTS!

THEIR DISPENSING SYSTEM IS A DISORGANISED MESS AND HAS NOT IMPROVED DESPITE NUMEROUS COMPLAINTS OVER THE LAST TWO YEARS.

Particularly avoid if you have a life threatening chronic condition that requires monthly repeat, as well as ad hoc prescriptions requested by your GP.

As a customer expect to visit the pharmacy multiple times to receive the full prescription ordered!

The STAFF CONSISTENTLY FAIL to locate ALL the items on the prescriptions because the items requested ie vital medication & medical accessories, don't all fit into one bag!
The prescription orders are not stored by patient name and looking for more than one paper bag per patient seems beyond the staff at Amiry & Gilbride despite the items sitting on their 'orders' shelf awaiting collection!!!

The pharmacists response was disappointing to say the least, taking no accountability of their shops organisational failures causing medical emergencies on numerous occasions and the distress and impact it causes for customers.

WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEIR SERVICES AT ALL.

Avoid the Airdrie branch of this pharmacy!
Terrible staff & terrible attitude.
I was in there to collect my medication & when I questioned something regarding my prescription, I was told that I could go elsewhere & other comments that I won’t share on here.
Pharmacist dispenser tried to blame myself for the incident, then said I am no longer being served at this pharmacy, while the female worker threatened to call the police for myself, for standing my ground and questioning there incompetence regarding my prescription!
Horrible horrible experience!

I have been to this pharmacy twice in the last 4 months for my daughter who is 15 months. Both for small skin infections.
The pharmacist (I'm sure her name is Lauren) has seen her both times in the private room. She was so welcoming and made my daughter and me fee at ease. Each time she has offered creams to help which is better than the Boots nearby could do for me. The pharmacist help has made my life easier, helps my daughter and stopped me from taking an appointment slot at the doctor that wasn't needed.

I would highly recommend going to this pharmacy if you need help or advice.

Diane helped us in store today and she was very helpful, professional and polite. I will definitely be coming back. Thanks so much.

Very professional service, procedure explained well, very calm and relaxed attitude inducing confidence and ease...in me ! Thoroughly recommend the procedure here with Lynn - my 1st time...
to anyone having ear wax issues.

Staff Great And Loved Experience Fast Service And The Best Local Pharmacy

Great service, went in for anbesol, and got ready to pay for it and Diane who served me said I could get the same thing but on minor ailments which I didn’t know I could do.

Had an ear blockage for some time, Lynn @ Linwood Branch sorted it out, professionally & made a 101% job of making me feel relaxed during whole procedure…. Thanks Lynn 👍

I was at this pharmacy this morning for a cholesterol check. The member of staff (Susan) was very helpful and capable in her duties. Susan made me feel very much at ease and carried out the procedure easily and competently. Thank you Susan

I booked a yellow fever vaccination at the Amiry & Gilbride travel clinic on Paisley’s High Street.
At the last minute I had to change the time of my booking. Even though the pharmacist was very busy she managed to bring my appointment forward. Than you very much.

If I could rate this company without giving it a star, I would. I have had a repeat prescription at this pharmacy for over 5 years. It used to be Lloyds, and had no problem, but since these jokers took it over, I've had nothing but problemd, every month to uplift my meds. In fact, I was astounded after the one visit where I didn't have a problem!!! My meds are never there and am told that they were picked up 2 months ago (it's a monthly prescription)!!!!
I don't know how many times I've been told by various members of the staff, that they have updated the system to sort it out for the following month, but the same thing keeps happening.
I have since visited by GP to arrange for my meds to get delivered to another pharmacy, and strangely enough, they were not surprised.
Would not recommend them to anyone

I visited the Linwood Branch of the Amiry & Gilbride pharmacy chain. The staff there are always so pleasant and helpful, not least the wonderful Lynn and her chums. They are very patient - no pun intended - and so very focused on helping customers such as myself. I could not recommend them enough. Thanks to Lynn and 'the girls'!

Went to make an appointment for a flu jab, when everywhere else proved out of vaccines, and not only did A&G have plenty in stock, but they were able to book me a slot for ten minutes from the time of my call. Priyanka was clear, efficient, and very friendly in administering the painless shot. Even gave me a free packet of paracetemol. Great service.
