I've had such a great service,everytime, the girls are very attentive and Suzan especially ,always makes sure everything is run like a tight ship, and everyone else is so nice

Had a travel consultation with Priyanka, she was extremely helpful and friendly, explained everything clearly and offered lots of good advice. Even offered lots of basic medications useful for travel via the free Pharmacy First service, which was very helpful and very much appreciated, thank you!

Susan and the staff at Linwood branch are a credit to the company.

Had blood tests there recently and they were very supportive.

Recently changed doctor, popped into the Cardonald pharmacy to let them know as I had repeat prescription in place. Freida was fabulous, she took all the details and contacted my new doctor and everything was very smooth. Thank you so much Freida.

Nidhj in Bearsden examined my ears and was very reassuring and helpful. She then did a hearing test, and will organise an appointment with an audiologist. I was very grateful for her help and advice.

Had a small emergency with medication whilst on a trip to glasgow from london and was met with an incredible level of care and dignity by Noorin and Priyanha who went above and beyond to help me, What an amazing team

Came to get a hearing assessment. Nidhi who attended to me was very professional and knowledgeable and provided a great service.

Went here looking for hayfever relief and was given a prescription which took care of it.
The staff were ALL FANTASTIC.

Cholesterol test managed by Joanne at the High St branch Paisley. Joanne is a knowledgable patient and efficient team member. Excellent customer services skills. I would have no hesitation in recommending and will revisit again.

The pharmacist Priyanha was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly and efficient in administering my travel vaccination. Highly competent and personable. Will come back again :)

I was having issues with blocked ears and was hoping to find an alternative to olive oil. I was seen by Lynn at Linwood Pharmacy within minutes of arriving, and she kindly took the time to talk me through my options—including offering micro suction in the pharmacy, which I decided to try.

As someone who was nervous and trying this for the first time, I couldn't have asked for a more reassuring and knowledgeable person. Lynn explained the entire procedure clearly and made me feel completely at ease. She was so kind and professional, and the treatment itself was comfortable, and I can hear again!

Lynn also advised me to return in a couple of days for a follow-up check, which I really appreciated.

Popped into the Anniesland requiring advice and found the staff really friendly and helpful especially Annemarie who took time to listen to my concerns and over and above what I would have expected just walking in off the street. She issued free of charge a prescription to help me. I was very impressed with such a personal touch.

I would love to give a feedback to Nidhi/AGpharmacy who carried on the poc doc test for me. She was brilliant and very professional. She made sure to explain me all the details of my cholesterol report and I can't thank her enough. Brilliant service and highly recommended.

Dreadful pharmacy. Have been given someone else's prescription, had poor customer service. Never again. I'd rather go elsewhere.

Went to pharmacy this morning at Airdrie and I was told I couldn't get my medication due to their only being one pharmacist and she was in a consultation for 45 minutes now the other staff at this pharmacy are brilliant and very helpful but the issue with one pharmacist and in a consultation for 45 minutes is ridiculous and very unacceptable this is a very busy pharmacy and for this company to not always have 2 pharmacists in at all times is not on so this company really needs to make sure their is always 2 pharmacists at all times so people can get their medication and not having to come back due to a lack of staff shocking

Went to Amiry again today in Neilston Rd - Sheena was so helpful- service and helpfulness 10/10
She also recommended Lynn at Linwood who checked out my ears - she was fantastic too

If you rely on medication for Mental Health, please do not join for the Locker Service at Amiry Gilbride, Causeyside Street Branch, Paisley.

I started with this service in February 2025 and it's been nothing but a stressful experience having no HBP, anti-depressants, Creon and my other less important medications for days. The branch did eventually issue me with 7 days supply of HBP medication but you can't just stop taking anti-depressants without it having an effect.

I phone the Paisley
Causeyside Street Branch, to re-order my repeat prescriptions and 2 even 3 weeks later - I have nothing!!!

This occasion, on Tuesday, 27 May 25, I phoned Amiry Gilbride to order a repeat of Creon. As this is in short supply, Doctors can only issue a prescription for a maximum of 200 capsules but the dosage I have to take is 9 or 10 25,000 units a day. By Thursday, 12 June 25 I still hadn't received a locker code, so I contacted the Paisley Branch. That day I also put in a request for the remaining medications that are on repeat.

Today, Saturday, 14 June 25, I only have 4 25,000 capsules left, which won't even see me through the day. That's 17 days have passed since I ordered the Creon and I will have none to help me digest food. That's going to cause me more pain and the effects on my gut are not going to be good.

This morning, when I explained to the assistant at the chemist that I only had 4 Creon capsules left, her response was that I would have to phone the Surgery on Monday to find out what SAS going on.

So all in all, since joining Amiry Gilbride Locker Service, I've had to do without HBP, Anti-depressants and other medications, keep phoning their Paisley Branch to try and get said medications dispensed and now, from today, I'll have no Creon and only have unpleasant results to look forward to until who knows when I'll actually get a prescription filled.

I probably should add that what has really kicked me off into leaving this review is that the assistant today didn't seem to care at all that I didn't even have a sufficient amount of Creon to get me through the day, never mind until Monday when the doctors surgery opens.

Terrible service today and when I get this Creon and the batch of repeat meds, I will be leaving Amiry Gilbride Locker Service.

Please don't join this service, their pamphlet makes it seem as if it will work like a breeze - it doesn't.
