Terrible!

I am sooooo annoyed i ordered clothes on Monday they came today so yes fast delivery 2 items were not there which they'd emailed me about saying that i wouldn't get because they weren't in stoke yet took the money out of my account!!!! which i wont get for 7 days apparently!!! the leggings i ordered are also ripped !!! and the boob chube which is a size 12-14 i can't even get over my head !! im so disappointed in this company .my customer number is 40797746

As we are a very popular and fast moving site we can on occasion experience a stock difference due to several customers trying to purchase the same item at once. This has unfortunately caused your order to have missing items as we allocate the stock on a first come-first served basis. As stated in our terms and conditions all our products are subject to availability.

Your refund should take 3-5 working days to be cleared by your bank into your account. If you have paid using PayPal these transactions take 24 hours to clear.

We hope that you will love everything you buy from us, however if this is not the case, we promise to refund any item you are unhappy with when you return it to us in a saleable condition within 14 days of the date shown on your dispatch note. If you would like to return the items you are unhappy with please do so using the freepost returns label and the warehouse will process a refund upon receipt.
